- Promotes healthy shine and helps hair retain moisture.
- Micro-fine spray for precise application.
What else you need to know:
Take the hair strand in hand and spray the Pre-Curl onto the mid-lengths and ends, (avoid spraying onto the re-growth area). Wrap hair on rods and continue following manufacture's directions.
