Measure 4 fl. Oz. of Mega Blondes Cream Developer 30 vol. into an applicator bottle or non-metallic mixing bowl. Add contents of Preference Mega Blondes bottle (2 fl. Oz.). Mix thoroughly. Apply to dry unwashed hair. On Virgin Hair: Apply first to the mid-lengths and ends staying inch to inch away from the scalp. Develop 15 minutes, and then apply to the roots generously. Develop 30 minutes. Total processing time: 45 minutes. To Remove: Add a little warm water. Gently massage color mixture through the hair. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo. To Touch Up New Growth: Apply mixture to regrowth only. Develop 45 minutes. At the time of removal, emulsify product through mid-lengths mixture on regrowth for 35 minutes, then apply to rest of the hair and develop another 10 minutes. See removal instructions.
