What it is:
Manic Panic's Flash Lightning 40 Volume Ultimate Hair Lightening Kit is a complete maximum hair lightening kit with 40 Volume cream developer.

What it does:
The Manic Panic Flash Lightning 40 Volume assists in the lightening or decolorization of any hair color and type.

What else you need to know:
Enclosed plastic cap is recommended throughout the developing process. Lightening and timing depends on the natural hair color and length.

Bleaching Powder: Postassium Persulfate, Ammonium Persulfate, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium Sterate, Silica, Hydroxypropyl, Methylcellulose, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Hydrated Silica. Developer: Deionized Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Steryl Alcohol, Steryl Alcohol, Lauramide DEA, Phosporic Acid.
  • 1) Wearing the enclosed gloves, open the bleach plastic bag. Avoid inhaling powder.
  • 2) Empty full contents of bleach powder into the provided tub
  • 3) Gradually add the developer to the bleach powder in the tub. Using the brush, blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Sometimes it is not necessary to use all the contents of the developer.
  • 4) Apply mixture immediately. Do not wait a long time. Application:hair should be dry and unwashed. using the provided brush brush or gloves fingers to spread the mixture evenly. You may mask hair you don't wish to bleach by using a highlight cap or foil.
