2Water/Aqua/Eau, Acrylates Copolymer, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Potassium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Methylparaben, Disodium EDTA.
Apply directly to brows with brush included for convenience. Can be worn with or without brow powder or pencil. Powder and pencil should be applied first if desired.
