- Soothe scalp and hair with conditioning chamomile and panthenol
Shake POWER BLONDE bottle and pour into a plastic bowl.
For on-the-scalp applications, use PURE OXI 10 or 20 Volume Creme Developer at a 1:2 mixing ratio. For off-the-scalp applications, PURE OXI 10, 20, 30 or 40 Volume Creme Developer may be used at a 1:1 mixing ratio.
Apply POWER BLONDE evenly to dry hair.
For on-the-scalp applications, process for 20 ‐ 45 minutes at room temperature. For off-the-scalp applications, process for 5 ‐ 30 minutes with or without heat. Check frequently.
Rinse hair and wash with preferred Scruples shampoo. Spray with NO H202 No peroxide, leave on 3-5 minutes and rinse. Condition with preferred Scruples conditioner.
Follow with Power Blonde Conditioning Gel Toner shade of your choice.
