Product Options Available are as follows:
water, hydrogen peroxide, cetearyl, cetearyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, sodium laureth sulfate, ceteareth25, tetrasodium edta, etidronic acid
  • 1.Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl.
  • 2.Add 3 oz (90 ml) of Sparks Creme Developer and mix together until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
  • 3.Apply to desired hair.
  • 4.Let process until the desired tone is achieved (see chart below).
  • 5.Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl.
  • 6.Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
