What it is:
StinaFace Dual Force Liner is a waterproof Adhesive and liquid eyeliner in one. With a felt tip applicator this liner is designed for a slick application and strong hold.

  • Step 1: Shake well before use. Apply liner on lash line. For extra hold apply 2 layers.
  • Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the eyeliner. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner and outer eye corners for maximum lash hold and to prevent lifting.
