Lightener and color application comb to create Balayage, Ombre and Highlights in hair.
Using a color brush begin at the base of the wand and paint Surface Pure Blonde Lightener or Surface Pure Color through teeth of wand. Apply to hair as desired in a painting motion. Process as per the lightener or color manufacture's directions.
