What it is:
Sparks Creme Developer is formulated specifically for use with the Sparks Poweder Lightener.

What it does:
Sparks Creme Developer allows stylists to perform permanent hair color, demi-permanent, and lightening services.

1.Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl.

2.Add Sparks Creme Developer and mix together until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.

3.Apply to desired hair.

4.Let process until the desired tone is achieved (see chart below).

5.Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl.

6.Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
